Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing LIFT! We're committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. We do not process or ship orders from Friday at 12 PM (PST) through Sunday, or on U.S. holidays.
During high-volume periods, please allow extra time for your shipment to be processed. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll reach out by email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You’ll see all charges before completing your purchase.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details typically update within 24 hours.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
LIFT is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs applied after your order ships. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the continental United States.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We do our best to verify your address during checkout. If an address cannot be validated, we’ll try to contact you. If we're unable to reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded.
LIFT is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages that cannot be recovered.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us immediately:
We will file a claim with the carrier and may involve local authorities as part of the investigation. Replacements or refunds will be issued only after the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days.
Refund Policy
LIFT offers a return/refund on any retail purchase, regardless of the reason, whether purchased online at www.adventrue.com or through an authorized retailer, as long as the company is notified within 30 days once the retail customer initially receives the product.
Retail purchaser is required to accomplish notification by giving purchase detail and the reason for the return via email at info@bestgummiesforenergy.com
Upon receipt, a representative will contact the retail purchaser within five working days to determine whether AdvenTrue requires to have the product returned or not, and what form of reimbursement will be used.
